I’ve tried a lot of different health and wellness products and I’ve found them all pretty overwhelming. I feel like I am constantly overwhelmed with trying to find the right balance. I’m looking for something that works for me and that I am confident in taking care of myself.
Ive found that the best way to do that is to find the things you like the most and then try to do those things. Some people are more apt to do things they like most, but a lot of people just go with the flow like I do. The best way to do that is to do things you enjoy doing and then spend time working on that. You need a balance.

What’s interesting is that even if you don’t believe in self-awareness, you are able to use it to your benefit. But just like you can make a mistake by thinking you don’t have to take care of yourself you can also make a mistake by assuming you’re powerless.
The trouble with thinking you dont have to take care of yourself is that you end up taking care of yourself all the time. Most of us have a hard time taking care of ourselves because we think we can’t change our own life. That is not a good idea. I feel like I’m a huge success because I take care of myself. I’m probably the most productive person in the office because I spend my time doing it. No other way to put it.
