When I’m in my kitchen, I’m cooking and eating. I have a list of things that I want to eat and do, and I make sure that I eat and do them. Then, I have a list of things that I want to avoid. So, I have a list of things that I want to be avoided.

I’m sure you’ve all heard the saying “you can always eat more, you can always live longer, but you can never live as long as you want.” It’s a true statement. As you age, it’s not uncommon for the body to break down and get less efficient. This is something your body is designed to do, but no matter how much you wish it could, it just can’t.

I have a friend who is a smoker who is in his early 60s. After a few years of smoking, his body has started to break down. He has been told by doctors that he is at risk of heart disease, and the problem is in his blood vessels. In order to avoid heart disease, he has a list of things he has to do to stay healthy.

And since we know that the heart can’t do all the things that a person would normally think of doing, it’s no surprise that one of those things is smoking.

The problem with a list is that it takes up so much space on paper. If you have to list 50 things to do to keep yourself healthy, it’s going to take up a fair amount of space, no matter how long you list them. But if you can list all the things that you’ve done in your life, you can then save the list by writing it all down. I have an entire column dedicated to smoking. I have a column dedicated to exercise.

I have a column dedicated to fitness. Even though there are only two types of people in my life, they both tend to gravitate toward exercise. I also have a column dedicated to my health and fitness, but I don’t want that to be a big thing because it’s not that important.

Ive not worked with any of these people in a long time, but I think it would be a great idea to list all the things youve done. Then once youve done those things, you could save the list by writing it all down. That way you can refer to them later and not feel guilty about it.

The only two people who are in my life now are my wife and daughter. My current job has just ended, so I think it would be a great idea to have a list of things that youve done, and then you could refer back to it later. The most important thing to me is my health, so I feel a need to document every little thing Ive done.

I’m not sure if you could use the word “success” for what youve done, but that’s a good thing. When you want something so badly that you put everything youve got into it, you might just want to make sure that youve got everything that you can. Making lists of the things youve done is a good way to remind yourself of what youve accomplished.

Sure, we all have things weve done that we can put on a list, but the most important thing weve done is the thing weve done. To me its important to remind myself of what Ive accomplished, so that I can look back and see what Ive accomplished. To me that is the most important thing.
