There is no such thing as an “average” person. Everyone has a different “average” level of self-awareness. It is something we have to learn and develop to gain the right level of awareness and self-knowledge for our own needs, goals, and lives.
And yet, the average person doesn’t seem to realize that self-awareness is not just a philosophical concept but a critical tool for improving the quality of our lives. Instead, the average person just assumes that they’re healthy and not at risk for developing a serious disease like cancer. And of course, they’re right about that.
So how do we get from a state of “average” self-awareness to a state of “real” self-awareness? We’re going to have to do some sleuthing to get there. The first step is to learn something about your own life. Then you’ll be able to see your own problems and how to start solving them. Finally, you’ll have the confidence and belief that you have the knowledge to take care of them.
The next step is to learn how to analyze the data. Youll have probably already figured out that the only things that matter are your health, safety, and finances. Youll probably have a few other details to put in your head, like the fact that youre not at risk of developing a disease. The good news: this is how to find yourself.
If you think you have a disease, youll have to get help. There are a lot of things that come out of a person’s life that aren’t really the result of their own actions. It might be something that is easy to fix, or something that requires more work, or something that takes more time. You might have to visit a specialist, or talk to your doctor, or go to a hospital.
If you think you have a disease, you will have to go to a specialist. If you think you need more help, then you might have to talk to your doctor about it. Doctors are people too. There are a lot of things they can do for patients that you cant. They can prescribe medicine, and they can talk to patients like you. You have to give them what they need, and tell them that you want them to do it.
When you go to the doctor, they will ask you a lot of questions about your health history. They’ll ask you about your diet, about what you’ve been doing, and you have to give them a lot of information. They can also run a blood test, look at your immune system, and they can do many other things.
While it may seem like the “public” health system is in charge, the health of our bodies and our communities is in our hands. We have the power to choose which public health system we use, and which we choose to promote. If we don’t make good choices, then a lot of things will go wrong, and the ones that go wrong will probably be a lot worse than they could have been.
You could say we are all part of the public health system. Our families, friends, and coworkers all have responsibilities in our communities. If we dont do our part, then a lot of bad things could happen to people that are not even in the same building. But that is only part of the story. It seems like the public health system should be concerned with a wide variety of things. The health of our communities, our families, our communities, and our families takes many forms.
