I got my master’s in philosophy in july 2012 after working in advertising in Chicago for 5 years. I am a writer, a speaker, and a consultant, so I am in the field of health and wellness. I am a graduate of the kinesiology/gynecologist degree program at the University of Wisconsin, where I also received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am certified in stress management, and I continue to study stress for my practice.

I have worked many different aspects of health and wellness, but one of the most fun aspects of doing this work is discovering all the wonderful people I work with. I am lucky enough to have a network of friends, colleagues, and family members who all share my passion for health.

It’s not just the stress that keeps me interested in health and wellness. I’m also a big fan of the idea of trying to help people live a happier, healthier life. I’m the kind of guy who would like to see every single person on the planet live to be at least a hundred years old. I also like to see people have fun, and a lot of fun is just as important to me as the health and wellness that can be achieved.

Im very happy to report the majority of my friends and family have started to work with me and my team on a number of new projects. My goal throughout all of this is to make sure that, starting in June 2012, my health is at its best.

You do realize that just because you’re making money, doesn’t mean you’re doing anything to your health, right? In other words, it’s a lot harder to be healthy if you’re not making money. You get sick because you don’t take care of yourself. When I make money, I’m taking care of myself, and I keep my health in top shape. I try to eat healthy, I exercise, and I try to keep my stress under control.

So far the best results have been with the blood pressure and cholesterol medication. If you take them, it can actually make you more healthier, not less healthier. Its not a cure, its a lifestyle adjustment. Most people only make a small change in their lifestyle. Ive found that even though it costs $100 a month, it is worth it.

One of the best things I found is that the best way to keep your blood pressure in check is by taking a combination of diuretics and anti-platelet medication. Diuretics work by pulling water out of the blood, while anti-platelet drugs keep your blood platelets from clumping up (hence, the blood pressure). It works so well that as high as I go, I can still keep my blood pressure between 70-80.

Another thing that helps is to eat well and avoid alcohol and other drugs. In fact, taking a proper diet is probably the single best thing you can do for your heart. And if you do get taken to the hospital, don’t worry, the doctor will probably just do a blood test to check for drugs, so you can take your chances.

Most of us are a little more active than usual, so it’s not surprising that we may actually have a bit more blood in our system. However, the key is to eat well, to exercise, and to not take any anti-platelet drugs. If you do though, you will be much more likely to clump up your blood and feel a bit dizzy and confused.
