As a health and wellness icon, I’m often asked if my blog posts are written to educate or just to share my opinions. I guess in a way, the answer is both. This blog is definitely meant to educate but more than that, I’m trying to share in the way I feel most comfortable and open. I have friends who are into health and wellness, and I get asked a lot.
It’s really easy to get sucked into the “you should do this” mindset. “I’m going to eat my greens”, “I’m going to go running”, “I’m going to get my tan”. You see it all the time. It’s not always about making a health and wellness choice. Often times it’s about making the wrong choice because someone else made it for you. I’m always trying to help you find your own way and make it your own.
There’s a great book that talks about this called “Hooked” that talks about how we can do things we don’t want to do, but we also need to do them to be happy. You can read it if you have the patience to read this book. Its called “A Year of Determined Determination” by Alan Weil.
I have this book by Alan Weil, and this is really one of the best books on how to change your life, how to improve your life, and how to enjoy the life you have, and how to take responsibility for your life. Weil talks a lot about this book, and he talks about taking responsibility for your life and making sure you stay on the path to happiness. I think this book is so important because you cant just blame another person for something you dont know.

If you are stressed and you check a health and wellness icon on a daily basis, chances are good that you have a good, healthy body. And if you have a bad body, that body is already in bad shape. Because when you have a bad body, you don’t have a good one to put it on.
Its not just that we check health and wellness icons, but we check them every single day. Whether its for our morning latte order or our evening snacks, we check them every single day. If we haven’t done so in the last few days, we probably haven’t lost any weight, we probably don’t have any acne, we probably don’t have any bad breath, and generally we feel good about ourselves.
