The following is a list of the health and fitness products that I use. I’ve put some of these products on this list because I am aware that I use it and am aware that I don’t always have the time to go through Amazon.com to check out all of the products that I use. I don’t want to do that, but I am going to.
When you hear the word “health” in the context of fitness, you think of the word “nutrition.” So you’ll see a lot of nutritional supplements on this list. The reason I am making this list is because I think that the word “health” is the weakest link on this fitness/nutrition continuum.
In this day and age, most health supplements are a ton of sugar and a bunch of filler chemicals that don’t actually do anything for our bodies. It is possible to improve our health with these products, especially if we make the effort to consume them. A lot of the supplements on this list are really just filler chemicals that fill the void between what we actually need to be doing on a regular basis and what the manufacturer wants us to be doing on a regular basis.

For example, Vitamin C is really just a natural compound in our bodies, so we think it’s okay for us to take it and use it in our daily lives, but then we suddenly realize we’re deficient in it because our bodies are no longer producing enough. Then we get a little bit sick but we feel great afterwards. And then we go on a shopping binge and try to find a way to get enough to give us the same results.
Well, I think we can all agree that taking in large amounts of Vitamin C is a bad idea. It can be really good for us, but after a few days it causes a deficiency. And our bodies can only produce so much Vitamin C in a day. So if we don’t get enough we won’t get the same results.
And they even went so far as to say that Vitamin C is the worst thing we have to eat, because it’s bad for our teeth.
But, if you take all those Vitamin C pills, you will be dead in a few days if you dont start a diet. What I dont understand is that you would think that the Vitamin C would be the problem. It wouldnt have to be that bad, you would just be missing out on the good stuff.
Vitamin C has plenty of benefits, but its also a killer when it comes to our teeth. Its been shown to cause gum disease, and its been linked to periodontal disease, tooth decay, tooth loss, and even blindness. So if you think Vitamin C is the problem, you need to start eating a diet with plenty of Vitamin C in it.
