You know, I am not sure I understand exactly what the “sounds the alarm” part of our brain is. It certainly sounds like it is engaged and has a response, but I don’t know exactly what that response is.

The alarm part of our brain is called the dorsal anterior cingulate cortex (dACC). It is part of the limbic system. The limbic system is an area of the brain that contains the emotional side of the brain. It allows us to see what others do, and how they feel and think. It is believed that the dACC can actually send a signal to the amygdala, which is part of the limbic system, that alerts the amygdala to danger.

I believe that the alarm system is actually the amygdala, and that the dACC is sending a signal to the amygdala, which is actually the part of our brain that sends us our stress response. The dACC is also a part of our brain that is very sensitive to light. It is believed that it can actually respond to a light source in a very specific way.

Your current mind is a little bit too focused on what the alarm system is doing, and so it feels like it isn’t actually going anywhere. I think it’s also making us feel a little bit more stressed out.
