Self-care seems to me to be a pretty broad term. I mean, it doesn’t mean that you just wash your hair and don’t eat junk. I also don’t mean that you don’t go to the gym. I mean that you learn how to love yourself. It’s not just to be a kind of self-help guru, it’s to learn how to love yourself. And that’s what it’s really all about.
There’s no real reason to spend hours per day on your face (except for those pesky wrinkles), but there are many things that can help you stay healthy. You don’t need to spend every waking hour trying to clean your teeth, but a good cleanse and flossing routine can help keep your teeth clean and your gums healthy. The same goes for your body. I know that I can’t imagine not getting a good night’s rest.

Eating sugar, sitting in front of the TV, eating unhealthy food that could have been better spent on your loved one, drinking alcohol, smoking, lack of sleep, and eating food that doesn’t have enough fiber or protein might be a few of the things that make you fat. But a healthy body is also a beautiful body. It is what makes you feel good, it is what makes you feel beautiful, and it is what keeps you healthy.
It is important to understand that our health is simply the sum of all our other aspects of life. Self-care is the most important aspect of our lives. We cannot be healthy if we are not taking care of ourselves regularly. To have a healthy body is to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
