While we’re at it, we also need to take care of those who dont have money. The health department is for all of us to get to first, and then we can look at what we can do to help.
The health department’s mission is not only to take care of those who are poor, but it is also to ensure that those who are poor dont die by the thousands. So, this health department is the ultimate lifeline for the poor. It is also one of the few departments to be staffed by volunteers.

I am surprised that there are only 50 volunteers at the moment, and I can’t believe I didn’t notice it earlier.
