The first thing I would say is that depression and anxiety are two completely different things. Depression is a state of low mood. It’s usually about a loss in your personal life. It’s a feeling of sadness, depression, etc.
The word depression is derived from the Latin word depression, which means sadness. I dont think I need to explain this. In order to get the feeling of sadness, you have to have the feeling of sadness. Anxiety is a higher level of emotional distress (like depression) in which you are constantly worried about something. I have no idea what this is exactly, but I do think you need to have the feeling of anxiety to get the feeling of depression.
