The internal influences on health are things that are external to our bodies. For example, we are exposed to pollution, toxins, and bad-for-you things in an unhealthy way when we are exposed to outside influences, which includes our diet.
The external influences on health are things that are internal to our bodies, including the things we are exposed to through our thoughts and emotions. For example, we are exposed to toxins, bad-for-you things, and pollution in an unhealthy way when we are exposed to outside influences on our thoughts or emotions.
We are also exposed to the air we breathe (and thus our bodies are also exposed to the chemicals and particulates that are in the air) and the way our bodies react to it. The air we breathe and the chemicals and particulates that are in the air are internal to our bodies, as are the reactions our bodies have to it.
There are various factors that affect our health. The external circumstances we are exposed to can directly influence our physiology. For example, pollution can affect the chemistry of our lungs, lungs can affect the chemistry of our bones, and the chemistry of our bones can affect the chemistry of our blood. In short, our physiology can react to external things in a way that affects our health.
But outside of our bodies, there are many variables that influence our health. The external influences we are exposed to can influence the internal factors in our body. For example, pollution can affect our metabolism. A diet heavy in fat and sugar can increase our chances of getting diabetes, an illness that can be caused by lack of physical activity.
In my case, my weight is the biggest external influence on me. I’ve always been a bit overweight even when I was younger, but I’m now an almost perfect weight for my height. It’s also important to note that I’ve always been a bit fatter than most people my age. I’m about 170 lbs.
Another factor that affects health is stress. When you are under constant stress, you tend to get sick. Because we are constantly under stress, our bodies send out a signal telling our brains that something is wrong. This triggers the stress response. This means that we are often more likely to get sick, often out of no reason at all.
Stress is one of the many things that can make you sick. When you don’t take care of your health, it can be hard to do other things like exercise, sleep, and eat. When you have trouble with being healthy, you often end up overdoing it. Stress can also make you forget what your physical health is like. You may think you are doing well and then find out that your body doesn’t really feel good.
When you have trouble with your physical health, you can get stressed and do anything just to keep it going. As a result, you can overdo it even more easily.
Stress has been shown to cause a drop in health, especially since we are genetically programmed to do things that could cause disease. One study found that one of the worst things that can happen to a person is to be stressed and suffer from a disease like cancer. That means that stress can actually cause a person to have a disease like cancer.
