The only thing you can control is your response to what is happening right now.
But if you really want to get out of this place, you have to change the way you think about your life. You have to learn that you can’t control your life, you can only control your response. The only way you can do that with your life is to put yourself into a better place. This is the key to health, mind, and happiness. This is all that is left for you to do.
The good news is that if you think you’re in too much of a hurry, you can actually reverse the effect of time by giving yourself a chance to take action and learn what has to be done. This is the way to health, mind, and happiness. This is all that is left for you to do.
You might be right. If you’re rushing to get it done, you’re probably not taking the time to think about what you’re doing and why.
