The dieting thing might not be a bad thing, especially if more people are using it to fight obesity. However, the results of the survey also show that many people who are trying to lose weight are using dieting to actually gain weight. That is a big problem. If we eat healthy, then we don’t gain weight. If we gain weight, then we eat the wrong diet.

We shouldnt be afraid to eat fresh foods (including fruits and veggies), eating out less, and limiting the amount of processed foods we eat. We shouldnt be afraid to work out or get some physical activity. We shouldnt be afraid of not getting enough sleep, or having less than optimal habits. The most important thing is to eat a good diet and exercise.
