The first and most obvious benefit is that they can help us heal. It’s important to note, though, that when you’re on covalent health (i.e. you have both cells and covalent components of your cells) you’re not actually healing at the cellular level. You’re actually healing at a higher level of the body’s immune system.

Many people who are on covalent health do no actually get that high of a level of immune system. Instead they heal by the immune system attacking their own cells. This is because the body can only have so much of its own cells so it has to be able to attack those cells. When a person is on covalent health they have more immune system cells attacking their own cells than other cells like red blood cells, white blood cells, etc.

The good news is it doesnt take a long time to get to this point. You could have as much as twenty minutes of recovery from an attack of covalent health. The bad news is that you have to stay on the covalent health in order to recover your health back to normal. You could easily go from 50 to 50% of your health back, but the downside to that is that you will have to continually go on this covalent health to regain your strength.

Another advantage of being on covalent health is that you can recover quickly from a covalent attack. The downside to this is that the covalent healing ability will run out very quickly. In some cases, you could get from 70 to 80% health back in just a few seconds. However, covalent healing usually only lasts about 20-30 seconds.

The covalent healing system is basically just a fancy covalent-like thing that turns you into a covalent that heals you by covalent-like things. It sounds great because it sounds great, but as it turns out, it’s pretty bad. Since covalent-like things always take a while to recover, your health will only recover to its normal level once you’re healed.

So if a lot of the covalent healing takes place in a single hit, your health will slowly come back to normal. However, if it happens frequently, your health will drop to 70% of normal.
