I am a huge advocate of health and wellness and that extends to our food as well. We must take care of ourselves in addition to what we put into our body.
As someone that works full-time as a nurse, I know the importance of both. I also know that there is a lot of false info out there. Like many of you, I love to eat, but have always been wary of eating too much. I’m also wary of supplements.
It is true that a lot of good health information is out there, especially when it comes to supplements. A lot of them are false and only a select few really know what they are doing.
There are a lot of products out there that claim to be natural supplements with no side effects, but the truth is, there is no real guarantee that what you’re taking is natural. Also, many of the supplements out there (like those that claim to increase energy levels) are in fact empty calories. It just so happens that when you’re getting your energy from something like chocolate, you’re also getting a dose of sugar.
“Chi tung” is an acronym that stands for Chinese herb, which is a popular supplement used to help a person lose weight. In China these products are often sold as a weight loss tool because they contain a lot of herbs, but they also contain a lot of calories. The ingredients in many of these products are often dangerous, but when youre buying on the internet or in the health care stores you don’t have the chance to be educated about what is actually in them.
Chi tung health violations is basically a list of potential health dangers in an ingredient list. A lot of the ingredients that are on this list are not dangerous but it does give you an idea of the kind of things that can harm you. For example, a number of the ingredients on the list list as’sting’ ingredients (which is a really misleading term). It means that the ingredient is considered to be a component in a sting.
The ingredient list is a very misleading way of describing what ingredients or what ingredients can cause illness if you dont know what they are. This is a list of potentially dangerous ingredients that you cant really get around by asking people what they are. You would probably get a lot more information about the ingredients in a recipe by reading the recipe. As it happens, Ive seen this sort of thing happen to people I know.
I can’t figure out what the ingredient in the cough syrup is called.
It’s been said that you should always be very specific when describing what you are using. “I use X ingredient and it turns into Y”. That is often the best way to describe it.
The trouble is, we are so used to the idea that we can avoid any kind of health violation that it’s hard to remember when we have one. I’m not talking about the fact that we have to take medication for the occasional sinus headache. I’m talking about the fact that when we have an allergic reaction to a food, it might take some time to remember it was something we ate.
