As I’m sure you know by now, I love to walk. I walk to work, to the gym, to get to work in the morning and take the kids to school. I’m able to get a lot out of my walk. I love the exercise, not to mention the connection I have to nature. In fact, I’m so inspired by it that it’s one of the things that motivates me to get in shape.

I guess the point I’m trying to make is that we are all born with a certain level of fitness, but it’s only natural to want more. We may have never been told that we were born with a certain level of fitness, but we are. If you were born with a certain level of fitness, you’re bound to have a certain level of fitness.

The thing about fitness is that it isn’t something you do once in your life. You can have a ton of health issues and still be fit. To be fit, you have to be doing the same thing over and over again. Thats why it’s so frustrating to have to exercise for an hour or so to be fit.

I find that I can go for an entire workout on one day, and then I can do that on the other three days.

I like to think that there are two types of exercisers out there. There are the people who have a natural talent for it who can do it without having to force it, but then they never really get started and it gets hard. I know I am one of those types. I am the type of person who is usually the last to get started on a gym, but I usually give myself a little bit of a lift when I get started. This is a great example.

I like to call the other type the “natural athlete” because they are the ones who never get up in the morning and start out slow and don’t work themselves up by doing too much. I am the natural athlete because I like to start slow and not push myself too hard, and I like to try before I buy.
